food adventures #12

happy not quite easter yet – i love cadbury cream eggs – the gooey, soft center and the melt-in-your-mouth chocolate cover – i could eat them all year long – i brought back a sixpack from my recent london adventure, not enough, especially considering that one has already been fed to my father as thank you for the airport pick-up, but it’ll be okay – there’s other chocolates as well and i do believe they make the cream-egg-bar the whole year around and my next england saunter is planned for july, so …

and here, to get you all hot and bothered and excited about cream eggs, are some of my favourite egg-related links – enjoy, it’s almost as good as having the real thing melt in your mouth:

katie price – a chapter of its own – so much to say and so much one would rather not say or even think – but she certainly does like to make the headlines and this time in a way that’s just too ridiculous for words – how could she? her outfit is certainly copied well, but seriously, she’s befouling the memory of the great freddy mercury with this stunt – that is not comic relief, that is comic catasthrophe – i won’t even post the video here because it is too embarrassing to watch, so you’ll have to make do with the photo and queen‘s classic and ever-lasting original video to ‘i want to break free’

and now enjoy – you’ll appreciate it! i promise!

much ado about … pretty much, actually

david tennant, catherine tate and shakespeare – three good reasons to spend a lot of money on a prime seat ticket to go see much ado about nothing at london’s wyndhams theatre in july – i am very excited indeed and can hardly wait – plus we’ll be sitting very close to the stage – sometimes i find myself thinking, i’ll wake up and have dreamt having bought tickets already – it seems somehow unreal and a little bit crazy – but july is only five months away and it is great to have something to look forward to

instead of being sad, be glad! – when life seems to bring you down and everything is pretty damn awful, there’s nothing like a friend, who comes over with a big dish of fresh home-made tiramisu and a bottle of wine – thank you to all the great friends out there
