every two years hamburg’s high society gathers in a huge lufthansa hangar, where usually luxury planes are built and repaired, to celebrate charity – for the fourth time this year, the money from the event goes to phoenikks – a foundation that helps children with cancer – the evening is made up of a mixture of engineering wonders and great music across all genres – by the end of the night the hangar was rockin’, just as every time – i was especiall thrilled to see fool’s garden and find out that their song lemontree is all but the one hit to make them a one-hit-wonder – they make wonderful music – from slow ballads to rocking tunes to simply great fun – and they put on an awesome show to boot – here’s some photo
